Lounge

In the good sized lounge you will find a stunning ingle-neuk fireplace. There are two sofas and an extending oak dining table and chairs.

Kitchen

It has a fitted kitchen along with all the other useful bits and pieces that will make the cottage feel like a home from home. There is also a spacious pantry alongside.

Bedrooms

WE HAVE TAKEN ADVISE ON FIRE RISK ASSESSMENT IN ROSE COTTAGE. WE MUST INSIST THAT ANYONE STAYING IN BEDROOMS 1 OR 2 MUST BE FIT AND ABLE TO USE THE GROUND FLOOR BEDROOM WINDOWS AS AN ESCAPE ROUTE INCASE OF FIRE. WE HAVE A ROBUST MANAGEMENT PROCESS IN PLACE AND FIRE ALARMS IN EVERY ROOM, HOWEVER THERE IS NO OTHER ROUTE OUT OF THE COTTAGE PAST THE LOG BURNING STOVE.

Rose cottage has three comfortable bedrooms sleeping up to 5 or 6 people. The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed and there are two additional rooms, one with twin single beds, the other has a standard double bed.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a walk in shower along with a heated towel rail, basin and toilet.

Outside

There are three steps up into the cottage, once inside it is all on one level.
